Slashmark Flow is free software. These terms explain how you may use it and what we are and are not responsible for.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Slash Mark IT Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, Ramnagar Road, Karimnagar, Telangana 505001, India ("Slash Mark"). By downloading or using Slashmark Flow (the "Software") or flow.slashmark.in (the "Site"), you accept them.
2. Licence
The Software is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 (GPL-3.0). You may use it on any computers you control, for personal or commercial purposes, and you may copy, modify and distribute it under the conditions of that licence. The full licence text and the source code are on the Open-source licences page. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the GPL-3.0 gives you.
3. Name and logo
"Slashmark Flow", "Slash Mark" and the Slashmark Flow logo are the names and marks of Slash Mark. The GPL-3.0 does not grant rights to them. If you distribute a modified version, give it a different name and logo so people are not misled about where it came from.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the Software only to control computers you own or are authorised to control.
- Do not use it to access another person's computer, data or accounts without permission.
- Follow the laws that apply to you and the policies of any network you use it on.
5. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every system.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Slash Mark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or time, arising from the Software or the Site. Because the Software is free, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is nil. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Official source
The only official source of Slashmark Flow is flow.slashmark.in. We cannot vouch for copies obtained anywhere else.
8. Privacy
How the Software and Site handle data is described in the Privacy policy.
