Slashmark Flow has no accounts and no servers in the middle. What you type, copy and move stays between your own computers.

1. Who we are and what this covers

This policy is issued by Slash Mark IT Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, Ramnagar Road, Karimnagar, Telangana 505001, India ("Slash Mark", "we"). It covers the Slashmark Flow desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux (the "App") and the website flow.slashmark.in (the "Site").

2. Data that stays on your computers

The App stores its settings, the keys that pair your machines, the names of paired machines and a log file on each computer where it is installed. The log holds machine names and local network addresses so you can attach it to a support request if you choose. None of this is sent to us.

• macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/SlashmarkFlow and ~/Library/Logs/SlashmarkFlow
• Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\SlashmarkFlow
• Linux: ~/.config/SlashmarkFlow (Flatpak: ~/.var/app/in.slashmark.flow)

Uninstalling the App and deleting these folders removes everything it stored.

3. Data that travels between your machines

Keystrokes, pointer movements, scrolling, media keys and clipboard contents (text and images) travel directly between machines you have paired, over your local network, encrypted with keys created when you paired them. They never pass through Slash Mark or any other third party.

4. Network connections the App makes

• To your paired machines on your local network, to carry input and the clipboard, and to find them by name.
• Wake-up packets on your local network, only when you switch to a paired machine that is asleep.
• Update check to flow.slashmark.in at startup and once a day. Our server sees your IP address and the request. You can turn automatic checks off on the Overview page.

The App makes no other connections. It contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting services.

5. The website

The Site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you open a page. Our host keeps standard server access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) to keep the Site running and secure.

6. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and similar laws where you live, you can ask to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you. In practice the only such data is server logs keyed to IP addresses, so please include the IP address and approximate time with your request. Write to info@slashmark.in.

7. Children

The App and Site are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data.

8. Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes are also noted on the Site.
